Acceptable stay in the city center

comfortable sofas earlier check small holes damaged belt

The lobby has comfortable sofas which was useful after my long flight. The manager offered coffee while I waited for an earlier check in. I appreciated this effort to accommodate guests.

Some towels had small holes indicating a lack of proper checking. The dressing gowns and slippers were not in the best condition with damaged belt holders. I found these issues disappointing

dirty bathroom cold coffee

the hotel staff were lovely and the rooms were large.

The cleaner left our breakfast tray in the room and some water bottles were left lying around. our bathroom was not cleaned. when we ordered room service our coffee was cold. They forgot our orange juice

the hotel had a great location . i found the room size very comfortable , especially the bed. the staff were nice and i found the food tasty.

the grocery stores close to the hotel were a bit expensive , with limited choices.

the room was super clean and well Equipped. the parking was very convenient.

the rooms were narrow and COULD have been bigger. i paid more for the penthouse, BUT the price was very HIGH.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. I found a great selection of food at breakfast and fast service, the breakfast was amazing, TOO.

The street outside was a LITTLE noisy at night though.

a decent stay overall

refillable stations friendly staff damaged belt small holes

the room was great and the location suited my needs. the staff proved friendly and helpful. i included the breakfast option. it made starting the days easy. the refillable water stations were great too.

some towels in the room had small holes. they seemingly were not checked properly. i had to request dressing gowns and slippers. these were not in the best condition with damaged belt holders.

not quite hitting the mark

weak shower pressure unfriendly staff

i gotta say, my stay wasn't all that smooth. the shower, it barely trickled water. seemed like showering under a leaky faucet and breakfast service was a mess. they really botched up my order and then blamed the kitchen staff. i also found one staff member to be arrogant and not too friendly.
